Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, where we will refund the purchase price of any item, provided it is returned to us perfect, undamaged and not removed from its packaging. In the event an item is returned as unsuitable for resale at the full price, we reserve the right to deduct 20% from the purchase price.
Returning Curtains
We are happy to offer a full refund on the purchase of any unwanted curtains, provided they are returned unhung, undrawn and in a resaleable condition (as detailes above). However, we strongly recommend that our customers contact us to obtain a free sample of their curtain fabric before ordering, to ensure the correct choice is made.
Returning a faulty item
In the rare event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' email form at the top of this page. Please do not return a faulty item without contacting us first.
Returning an item that is simply unsuitable
To return an item that is perfect, just not to your taste, please parcel it up securely and return it to:

Delivery
We are unable to guarantee delivery by Chrstmas for ordres placed after 17th December.
We charge a flat £4.95 for all UK Mainland* deliveries up to £150.00 - any order to the UK Mainland* above £150.00 qualifies for FREE delivery.
* Please note: UK Mainland does not include KW, HS, AB31-56, FK19-21, KA27/28, PA20-78, PH5-10, PH16-50 and ZE postcodes, nor does it include the Isle of Wight.
Delivery to addresses off the UK Mainland* vary and will be advised to you at checkout before you commit to any purchase.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched as soon as possible.
Please note that some items, particularly curtains, bedding, blinds and poles, are ordering in for our customers from our manufacturer upon placement of order. In this event, delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
We will generally use either Royal Mail, FedEx or TNT Express to deliver your parcel to you - in most cases a signature will be required on delivery.
It is vital that your parcel is checked IMMEDIATELY upon it's arrival and any damages reported to us within 24 hours (excluding weekends) as we have only this time window to submit a claim with the courier company. We are unable to refund customers for any damages reported to us outwith this 24-hour period. Please also advise us if you have not received your order within the timescales applicable to the service paid for.
In the case where an item is lost by Royal Mail, we are normally unable to replace this item until 21 days from despatch have elapsed and Royal Mail have agreed to pay out on our claim for loss. In the event of damage in transit, again we are normally unable to replace this item until Royal Mail have agreed to pay out on our claim for loss. Please refer to www.royalmail.com for details of their international loss/damage policies, to which we will comply in such an event.
Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 The Warehouse Outlet is a trading style of The Warehouse Outlet Ltd. Registered number 06845129. Registered in England & Wales. Registered Address: The Stables, Whyalla, Church Street, Haxey, North Lincolnshire DN9 2HY
1.2. Our display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you.
2. Availability and Pricing
2.1. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A suitable alternative or full refund will be offered/given where you have already paid for the goods.
2.2. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate set by the Uk Government.
2.3. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown. In the unlikely event an error should occur, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price.
2.4. Delivery charges are added to your order during 'checkout'. We reserve the right to utilise the services of a carrier of our choice to deliver your order to you.
3. Ordering
3.1. We will send to you an e-mail telling you that your order is being processed and will also send you an order acknowledgement e-mail. Neither of these are order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we may have debited your payment card or that we have sent acknowledgement e-mails.
3.3. In the event one part of a larger order is delayed, we will delay despatch of the entire order until all items are available for despatch. Part orders will only be despatched where you choose to pay separate postage costs for doing so.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Credit or Debit cards will be debited when we receive your order.
4.2. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. To do this, you will be taken temporarily away from this website onto either HSBC or Paypal websites, where your payment is taken securely. At no point does The Warehouse Outlet Ltd receive or retain any payment card details, such as card numbers, for data protections purposes.
4.3. In the case of payment by cheque or bank transfer, we will not despatch your order until we have received notification that the payment has cleared.
4.4 In the case where a requested delivery address is different from that the payment card is registered to, we reserve the right to request additional proof of identity before despatching your order.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery timescales are guidelines only; however we will do our utmost to deliver your goods within these timescales.
5.2. In many cases, your items will be ordered in for you from one of our suppliers/manufacturers and we therefore advise of a delivery time of up to approximately 2 weeks from point of order.
5.3. Most deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
5.4. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
5.5. In the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel, the delivery agent should leave a card with details for you to contact to rearrange delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery is rearranged, as we are not notified of failed deliveries by the courier. The courier will retain your order for 5 working days after the attempted delivery. In the event you have not contacted them during this time, they will return the order to us and the delivery charge paid is non-refundable.
5.5. Once despatched, we can no longer be held responsible for the loss or damage of any order in transit - this responsibility falls to the chosen courier. In the event a problem with delivery does occur, we will offer support where appropriate, through the provision of tracking information.
6. Images and descriptions
6.1. All measurements are approximate.
6.2. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. You should be aware that resolutions may differ slightly on PC monitors.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1. If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail, as soon as is practicably possible.
7.2. We offer you the right to return any perfect, undamaged item to us within 28 days, provided it is returned undamaged and unopened (with the exception of curtains - see 7.3)
7.3. In most cases, curtains are ordered specially from the manufacturer, bespoke to your requirements. For this reason we regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any perfect items in this category.

8. General
8.1. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
